This allows the mounting of the flexo plates and the control of register on the image, other than on the cross marks by using the plate file. So, a high degree of accuracy and flexibility is assured.

Sleeve Washing Machines
New generation heavy duty, user friendly, BIEFFEBI ALBA SPEEDY 427-90 plate cleaner for washing photopolymer flexo plates after printing.
Great for time saving. The automation of the cleaning and drying process complies with the latest safety standards for the operators.
Suitable for flexo printers that use the same flexo plates for subsequent times.

TECHNICAL FEATURES:
- Support surface to facilitate the entry of the dirty plate
- Rinsing group with a water recirculation given by an electro-pump in a closed circuit.
- Cleaning unit consisting of: first ø50mm rotating brush, second flat brush with lateral/alternate movement and third rotating brush
- Motorized dragging rollers that are detergent resistant
- One special foam roller to remove the detergent from the plate, positioned at the end of the cleaning area.
- Special and soft material sock on rollers for the transport and wringing of plates with a big dimension.
- Final stage; rollers covered with a special sock for the detailed drying of the plates. It is possible to adjust the pressure with an Allen screw.
- Self-adjusting rollers system to enable the movement of plates with different thickness.
- Cleaning filters for the washing detergent.
- Operating cycle and parameters are managed by a customized micro-computer that has a touch display to modify the working parameters. The plate feeding speed is programmable.
- Automatic starting cycle by photoelectric photocell.
- Machine stops automatically at the end of a cycle by means of an electronic control through an encoder.
- The cleaned plates are collected in a plastic net basket.
- The plates are cleaned with heated cleaning detergent.
- There are minimum level floating sensors in the detergent and water tanks
- There are two ball valves located at the bottom of the machine to be able to empty the two tanks easily and fast.
- There is a high performance centrifugal fan motor for final drying of the plates.
- The air temperature for the drying is programmable.
- Automatic discharge of liquids with pneumatic pump.
