Diamond HP is the machine for large print runs in 8 and 10 colors on paper and flexible packaging, with a high level of automation and reduced set-up times.

The ideal combination of the need to produce long runs and with reducing set-up times is achieved with the Diamond VHP model, which allows maximum printing speed (800 m / min). The Diamond HP-PP model with easy job change is designed instead for the pre-printing needs of paper to be coupled to corrugated cardboard, with very high quality and resolution of the printed images. It is the quick and ergonomic solution for large format printing, typical of these applications.

Crystal is the Uteco machine that stands out for its automation systems capable of reducing job change times and waste of materials and inks used. It achieves a printing speed of 500m / min.

The original and innovative design also makes it suitable for other printing applications where it best applies the potential offered by the advanced UDD® direct transmission technology, which distinguishes it by allowing it a very high precision, constant and continuous in the printing process, in addition to automated and energy-saving operation.

The standard configuration of the Crystal includes a front rewinder and an unwinder that make it much more compact and allow better management of the reels. The basic equipment can be developed with optional equipment, including flexo and in-line rotogravure units and the application of UV, UVLed, EB lamps

Onyx is equipped with the innovative Uteco UDD® which allows the central drum and the printing cylinders to be connected directly to the motors without mechanical joints. The change of the anilox sleeves and printing sleeves holder can also be done in the short detachment position.

With the different models available, Onyx responds to specific printing needs and applications. The 6-color model is designed for printing industrial bags, large capacity containers, and for applications that require long print development lengths.

The 8-color Onyx 808 has the best value for money, like the 810 and 812 models it has a robust design suitable for printing shrink plastic films for beverage containers and for different types of paper sacks and bags. Models that print with 10 colors have a compact design and a powerful ventilation system; they meet the needs of maximum development of printing on flexible packaging and on shrink film used in the industrial sector.

Onyx XS responds specifically to the goal of optimizing the printing of very short runs on both flexible packaging and labels.

Its design makes it flexible to different configurations: with shaftless single shaftless unwinder/rewinder or with automatic on-the-flying change, with air drying system, with UV lamps and units for printing with EB inks. The configuration itself makes interventions on the machine easier to manage: cleaning and maintenance of the intercolor units is easy because they can be extracted from the machine, moved and rotated for easier and more precise work.

Finally, the patented ShopWare® interface allows precise management of production monitoring and control activities.

Onyx XS EcoOne, for short and medium runs, in addition to guaranteeing high print quality and maximum efficiency, responds to the demands of the market and current legislation to reduce consumption and harmful emissions.

It is equipped with EB3 technology which uses electron beam drying inks in the printing process, obtaining certified and safe products particularly suitable for food packaging with reduced production costs. Together with the printing, it carries out the coating and lamination processes, with instant polymerization thanks to the electron beam technology, and finally the cutting.

Topaz is the gearless flexographic printing machine, with 6 or 8 colors, with in-machine sleeve change for both the anilox cylinders and the printing sleeve cylinder.

The sleeve change is quick and easy and the automatic positioning of the printing units is guaranteed by stepper motors with latest generation CNC control.

The ventilation on the drying tunnel, located on the upper tunnel, is very silent: a soundproof cabin encloses the supply and exhaust fans.

Quarz is the flexo printing machine mainly intended for printing on paper, cardboard, tubulars and plastic films for food packaging, as well as for industrial and personal care product packaging and labels. The solid structure allows to manage even large printing repeats and print widths.

The machine is characterized by the sleeve change both on the anilox sleeve cylinder and on the printing sleeve cylinder. Upon request it is possible to install servomotors to position the inking rollers.

In the gearless solution all the counterpressure cylinders are driven by servomotors, connected together by the Uteco electric axis.

Mistral consists in two separated coating units, one for solventless adhesive and one for water and solvent based adhesive, that allow the reduction of job change time. The DuaLam is equipped with the innovative laminating system developed by Sun Chemical, that allows the application of the solventeless adhesive with the guarantee of high performances and sustainability at the same time.

Thanks to the technology for the application of a bi-component adhesive with two coating groups – one solventless and the other semiflexo – the DuaLam incredibly reduces the timing for the use of the laminated material, while maintaining the best productivity and a sustainable process: the laminated materials can be re-used after just 24 hours, with a consequent decrease in storage costs.

The standard configuration includes the infrared technology, for the uniformity control of coated adhesive, and the automatic washing system at the end of the job.
